Found some AWESOME new things from Target at the Goodwill today. 2 $3 men's ties. One for my SIL and another for a nephew of mine.
Also got a new reflective harness for our dog. Not a Christmas gift, but was only $4 new with tags still. I've been lucky the last few times I've stopped by. But super happy I was able to get 2 gifts!
Since the kids were not home last night I took inventory of the gifts we already for them and for extended family. We are half way done shopping for the kids and we figured out what else we need to get them which majority of that list will be bought Black Friday. In much better shape then I thought.
Minta, great that you are further along than you thought, always a great feeling.
I picked up some new release DVDs today for DS. A few things for the dogs stockings. I think I have finished for them now,
Picked up 4 cans of Cherry Coke for DDBF and will put those in a gift bag.
Pamela I'm hoping to make Pawhuska a mother/daughter trip in the next year or two. 2020 is kinda crazy for us because we have so many elections to work, but if next year for sure we are going for sure in 2021!!! Have you been to Pawhuska yet?
I literally just bought a whole new set of luggage for Alaska last year so I can't talk myself into buying one, but she's needed a travel size suitcase for awhile now, so I'll live through her beauty. If they go on clearance I may reconsider!

Minnie, I just love the luggage!!!
I went Christmas shopping last week and had visions of buying all this “ stuff”. Didn’t find a darn thing. Yesterday I did find a great deal on Clorox wipes for my son. So atleast that’s something.
I need to google pawhuska too!
It's the home of Ree Drummond, the Pioneer Woman. She has a boarding house (only eight rooms so that's booked up months in advance), a mercantile, restaurant, and you can take a tour of the Lodge where her Food Network show is filmed.

She's turned that town upside down. It was nothing..and they are thriving now because of that family. They own a ton, but others are definitely benefiting from the growth in the community. Very cool to watch!
We hit the states over the long weekend and got two gifts. One for this Christmas for my oDS and the other was fabric for a nightgown for DGD for Christmas 2020. I payed less than half of what I would have payed here at sale price. DH picked the fabric out. I also got the pattern for it for 1.99 and the cheapest they ever go here is $8.00. I needed the next set of sizes up. Fabric/pattern is safety tucked away in the gift bin.
I don't know if anyone is familiar with Chalk Couture, but I got a good deal from someone selling stuff on Marketplace. I'm putting it here because one of the transfers I wanted really bad for a gift she put in my little lot I bought. So I can make the perfect sign and t-shirt for a friend of mine. I'm excited!!
DD and Bf came over a few nights ago for dinner. While they were here DD gave me a few ideas. Apparently BF is drinking a lot of tea at the moment and would like to try some different flavours. I am shopping with DD on Friday so am hoping to get a few more ideas.
My daughter told me my SIL wants an electric razor. Apparently he's never owned one. Then two days later I got the sale flyer from Costco and they have one at a really good price. I'm going to get that bigger gift out of the way as well...hopefully this weekend.
