It's really straight-forward. I always order on-line, but you can order by phone. If you choose to order something now, you have an extended return time. And, it can be worn. They even take back food. Just keep your label and packaging. The label's directions are very easy to follow. You will have to pay for it being returned. Hope you find a great deal.
