Thank you so much Annie. I've lost 6 lbs in 6 days with exercise, lots of water and even more veggies. It's been a non stop marathon to get my father in laws apartment ready for a new tenant by today so I haven't had much time to write out anything.
I did meet with my personal trainer Nicole this morning and I really love the new workout program she designed for me. The way she has it written out is so easy to follow and she even included pictures and notes for reference. I'm all about working smarter, not harder so that I don't injure myself.
I promise I will try to sit down tomorrow and get my weekly plan written out and posted for accountability. Again, thank you for caring!
