Way to go Lucie. You seem to be getting a lot accomplished.
I started clearing out my kitchen cabinets and OMG I am embarrassed as all get out. I found so much expired food in there that it filled an outside trash receptacle. Seasonings and spices were my biggest culprits. I rarely cook at home since opening the restaurant so these things easily slipped under the radar. It's been a rough few years on our end and some things in my home didn't get the tender loving care it deserves so I'm making up for lost time.
I've also started pulling favorite family recipes for Thanksgiving and Christmas and purchasing all of the ingredients to go with each and keeping them together so that when it's time to prepare them they'll be no emergency trips to the supermarket.
