What's cooking at your house tonight?

We're getting take out because of the hockey game, but I'd love to hear what you are having for dinner.

Blessings,
Lisa

I so want to get back to my meal planning! Right now I'll probably have a small "pita pizza" and a spinach salad. Now that all my fairies (laundry, childcare, trash taker outer, chef, etc) have gone home I'm back to having to cook for just one most of the time. In January, after the wedding it will go from 1 to 4 and by then I'll have to have my meal planning back up and running.

I'm making my own version of tuna helper. Egg noodles, tuna and either cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup. Some vegetable to go with it, bread or biscuits if desired and canned peaches for dessert. :)
