Monday: pork cutlets, acron squash, salad (had planned on sloppy joes, but when the package thawed, I saw that I hadn't been paying close attention -- it was pork cutlets, oh well, I need to use up older items in the freezer and this package was one that needed to be used)
Tuesday: tacos, Spanish rice
Wednesday: squash soup, cheddar dropped biscuits, coleslaw
Thursday: spaghetti and meaballs, salad
Friday: pizza, salad
Saturday: open
Sunday: Christmas Eve at the home of dear friends -- It will be more informal that in previous years. As fellow boaters, we were all big Jimmy Buffett fans and certainly enjoyed many Boat Drinks together over the years. His menu will be in tribute to one of our favorite singers. I'll bring a sweet potato dish (Dixie Diner) and cherry coconut bars (Coconut Telegraph) for dessert. May also bring some rum punch! I suspect he'll have gumbo (I Will Play for Gumbo) and cheeseburgers on the grill (Cheeseburger in Paradise), among other dishes.
