Oriental Trading Company has Elf Costumes for kids, they are $12.99 each. They have a boy and a girl. They also have some cute elf slippers for adults and kids.

Thanks, I've been on the look out for some. I want to hide the kids shoes under the tree then replace their shoes with elf shoes and put the hats above on the coat hooks.

Love the hiding of the shoes idea!!! I"m going to have to steal that one, perhaps for next year.

Wal Mart has elf hats with ears attached. I saw them this weekend when I was there.
