After 2 very busy weeks and weekends away from home I am hoping for a quieter week this week. The weather will still be nice, the last few weeks of Summer. Hope to get a few things done as we prepare for Autumn.
Daily:
Water throughout day.
Clean kitchen and DW on before bed.
Moisturise, brush teeth, lip balm, hand cream
Read and sleep at reasonable time/schedule no tech nights
