That is an excellent list! So many holidays to celebrate-I'm all atwitter!

I noticed that 2/2 is National Hash Day-Ina Garten (Barefoot Contessa, Food Network) had an excellent recipe for chicken hash the other day. I make something similar and call it Silver Dollar City Mix, but I think I'll try her recipe on the 2nd. It looks so good, and what better day to try it?

Here's the link for the recipe!

Love the list. My brothers birthday is the 26th. I was a mean sister and had him convinced for over a year that he was adopted. Until one day my mom was sorting some pictures and found his baby picture from the hospital. I think that I will have my oldest dd write him a fairy tale for his birthday.

The 9th is my granddaughters birthday. She'll be having pizza at her party.

Love this list. Going to try to try several things. Laura Ingalls Wilder is one of my favorite authors.
