I would like to hear the favorite homemade salts, rubs etc..

Maybe I should post this with recipes but .......
For Christmas '08 we are thinking of giving canned goods if it is a good gardening year. Such as beets, green beans, pickles (people seem to like them alot), salsa and I was thinking of trying homemade vanilla and then like rubs or salts.
Anybody have any favorites of such things?

THANKX for the sites! I have been looking at them. We have been giving bath salts for quite a few years.
Have been wanting to try the Paula Deens House Seasoning Salt so might try a batch of it and check the taste.
