Not even close! I need to sit down and map out what will happen on each day, but I DO have my little elf "gifts" lined up! This will be our first year, so I'm hoping it goes smoothly! DH thinks I'm crazy!

i have made a list of 32 items - this gives me some playing room incase something goes wrong/missing/doesnt arrive on time. OH thought i was mad the 1st year, but he is the 1 that made berties website.

I am nowhere near ready but I need to start preparing. Things have just been crazy around here and probably will continue to be until at least after Thanksgiving. I need to gather the elves and hide them and make up an excuse as to why they are gone. Our elves stay out all year as toys and then they disappear right before December so Santa can train them. They come back on December 1st with a letter from Santa and they are filled with Santa's magic that brings them to life at night.

I'm not ready yet ... and I don't have long. School term finished on the 10th December so Elwyn will only be here for a short time.
Need to make his passport and maybe a sleigh licence or travel permit and organise what he is bringing with him. I hope I'll be ready in time.
