I am off work this week so have a whole week to get things done. I have a few big projects that I have been meaning to get to for a while so will take this opportunity to get them done.

Daily:
Water throughout day, especially as we have the heating on.
Shower/bath at night,
Moisturise, brush teeth, lip balm, hand cream
Clean kitchen and DW on before bed.
Read and sleep at reasonable time

I'm keeping everything simple this week. It will be busy with getting the house in order and finalizing vacation prep.

Super simple for me this week since we are leaving on vacation.

[ ] Make a list for DS for when we are gone
[ ] Finish ornaments and get in the mail
[ ] Pack!!

[ ] Finish book
[ ] Tidy up house

[ ] [ ] Stick with new face routine daily (am and pm)
[ ] Find chair yoga videos and start (recommended by G.I. doctor)
