I am horrible at these long term book challenges....so maybe I can actually do a month long one...

THE CHALLENGE FOR JUNE:

Read a book with the letter J in the title....to participate.....post the title in this thread....along with a brief description of the book....THEN after you read the book...come back and post again ....telling us...How you rate the book on a SCALE of 1-5 with one being the best and any other information you want to share.

I am going to read Enriques Journey for my June J book.

It is the story of a 17 year old boy from Honduras and his attempt to reunite with his mother who came to the USA to work when he was only five years old. It is a moving tale of survival and families torn apart by the need to provide basic things like food and clothing.
