It's the last week of what has been an interesting year. I cannot believe that we are winding up another year and how quickly this one has gone by.
The week between Christmas and NY is always an interesting one and here is my list for this week.
Daily:
Water throughout day,
Shower/bath at night,
Moisturise, brush teeth, Lip balm, hand cream
Clean kitchen and DW on before bed.
Read and sleep at reasonable time
