Me, too. I never met a carb I didn't like! Last week my husband made dinner of whole wheat pasta with Italian sausages and marinara sauce -- it was wonderful, and my blood sugar wasn't too high. Of course I didn't eat as much as I would've liked. I'm keeping mine down solely with diet, so far, and am doing very well. Since self-control isn't my strong suit, I'm shamefully proud of myself. I am worried about the holidays, though. I don't want my family to feel deprived, but I don't want to blow all my hard work (lost 20 lbs), either. I'm looking for festive, but low-carb recipes.
