Smoked fish pie - smoked cod poached in milk and flaked, with brocolli florets, white sauce made from poaching milk, topped with mash potato, breadcrumbs, and grated cheese.
That's all done yesterday and it's in the oven set to come on for 45 mins just before we get in from work. Nice easy Monday dinner.!!
I just looked up on the net and might make the 'Impossible Ham Pie'
Impossible Ham Pie
2 cups milk
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup chopped onion
4 eggs
1 cup Bisquick Baking Mmix
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Grease pie plate and preheat oven to 400°. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onion in pie plate. Blend or process remaining ingredients on high speed until smooth. Pour over the ingredients in pie plate. BAKE 35 to 40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
