I have steaks out at home thawing. Probably have either baked potatoes or noodles with the steak, a salad and some biscuits or crescent rolls. Pumpkin pie for dessert.

I am making Chicken Fajita Quesadillas for me! DH is working late so I am on my own.
I just slice some onion real thin and fry it until golden in a little bit of olive oil. I take the onions out of the pan and set aside.
Then I fry up some raw chicken, already cut into bitside pieces in a bit more oil and fajita seasoning.
Then I wipe out the pan, through in a tortilla and load it up with the onions, chicken and some cheese.
MMMMMMmmmmmm!!! Pregnancy hormones going crazy right now - I'm not even hungry and it sounds good. LOL
Needless to say I am looking forward to dinner!

We're having chicken cordon bleu, garlic mashed potatoes and green beans with bacon and onions.

I think it will be breakfast for dinner over here, since I have a pack of bacon I need to use, and plenty of biscuits. Then I will make BLTs for tomorrow's lunch.
