School Out Party

hello,

i am planning on having a party to mark the end of the schol term with my children. They are 7 and 9.....
I thought that they could either invite a couple of friends or just their cousins and we could celebrate the end of the year..

I was wondering if any of you had tried this and if you had any ideas of how I can make this special for them. i thought about having a couple of games and some food but keeping it focused on either school type things or summer type activities. any ideas??????

It's a wonderful idea, SarahW! Personally, I would have lots of food they love (maybe forget about "healthy" for the party). I would think they would always remember that you gave them a party to celebrate the end of school! I don't think they would need any particular games to remember it. :lovestruck:
