Good day! Here's a yummy recipe for Cheese Soup from Lana:

5 potatoes
1 red onion
1 white onion
2 cans mixed vegetables
2 cans corn
2 cans green beans
brocoli if wanted
all vegetables can be fresh if desired
mushrooms fresh or canned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 pounds ham cut into small pieces
2 pound box velveeta cheese

Cuto potatoes in small chunks and do the same with onions. Cover with water and boil till tender. Add vegetables and ham till all are tender. Reduce heat to low and add velveeta (cut into small pieces). If soup is to thick add milk to desired thickness.



Another version:
Boil 4 potatoes and 1 chopped onion in about 4 cups of water until tender.
Add:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can mixed vegetables
Heat to boiling, add 1 pound Velvetta cheese. Keep heat low it will burn easy when cheese is added. Add salt and pepper to taste and milk to get consistency wanted. We also add Garlic and Herb seasoning salt.
