I did delete the posts and member....here is where the tricky part comes in.....the link was in the signature (which I allowed technically) BUT the intent o allowing a link in your signature is to let you link to a personal blog or your own (non commercial site) .

When I looked at the posts made none really had much to add to our holiday discussions and therefore appeared to be for the purpose of getting the link out there....hence the deletion.

I will review the wording of our link policy and may tighten it up so that it is CLEAR that links of this sort are not allowed.
