Sunday Dinner

I'm making chicken ceasear salad.

Pasta with bacon, artichokes and red peppers.

I'm thinking spaghetti with meat sauce, veal parm and garlic toast. It's raining on and off, so it's not a good day to grill.

I wanted to grill but we are out of propane and I really don't want to get a new tank before we move. So, we'll probably have leftovers of lasagna, cheese dip, etc.

i had b.q chicken green beans and pototo salad. got a lemon chess pie for dessert

I had friends cook for me all weekend. One friend had given me a mini frozen meatloaf. We sliced it and fried it to use for warm meatloaf sandwiches at lunch time. Then we had a late dinner with some smoked ham a friend gave me yesterday. We ate cold sandwiches with that ham and they wer OOOOHHHH so good! I didn't have to cook this whole weekend, so I was very excited!

Thanks it was super good and very easy. For two people, I use a base of 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup parm cheese mixed with spices. It had a can of artichokes, some cooked bacon, diced roasted red peppers and greek olives. I just cooked the pasta and dump the rest of the stuff into the hot pasta and stir. Took about 10 minutes to fix. If I have leftover cooked veggies I toss them in too.

Especially since it's super easy- good for me after work.
