What's cooking at your house today?

We're having tacos and fiesta rice...although we did have rice yesterday, so I may change that to something else.

I"m going to cook chicken in the crockpot with some mexican sauce I picked up at Target yesterday. We'll probably have spanish rice with it as well.

I thawed a roast yesterday and was going to put it inthe crock pot but have not gotten there yet so... I guess I will cook it in the oven. We will have broccoli w/ cheese and something else for a side, not sure what yet.

I defrosted a little bit of homemade minestrone soup- made in the winter.

So, I'm going to have that and a very large green, healthy salad.

I am on this one today! We are having BBQ chicken tenders, stuffing and green beans. I can't talk at all so I came home from work early and I've been working from here...thought I ought to make sure we have food on the table since I'm home.

We had hamburger on the grill. DH says it's his favorit meal!? Hamburger with fried onions & ketchup (for him)... me it's with all the works.

We ended up having whatever. DS had a chicken patty and then 9 chicken nuggets. DD had some chicken nuggets and so did Eli. I had leftover taco meat made into a taco salad with chips, sour cream, cheese, beans, and sauce.

Not very creative or exciting here tonight.... Grilled cheese sandwiches and mac n cheese. It was easy and the kids were happy.

DH had fried potatoes with polish sausage cut up in it fixed. I stopped and got pork and beans and we had fresh tomatoes. My mom was here bringing something back so she stayed and ate.
