I was looking for some german recipes when I found this site with some interesting sounding recipes:

Some of very special German recipes on it. Love it. I will send it to my daughter who has a hostfamily in kentucky. Perhaps she could give them some more overview about German cooking with this because it´s written in English. We found a cookbook and a baking book with German recipes written in English here too, but these are country-specific ones. So will be sour roast more eaten in the south then in the north for example.
