What's Cooking? Tuesday 2.9.10

Good afternoon!

What's cooking at your house today? I'm thinking of switching things up, since the kids had tacos today and I had planned enchiladas, I thought I'd do ham steaks, mashed potatoes, country gravy and green beans. That's one of my favorite meals. I'd rather be going out alone with dh, but I don't think that is going to happen.

I have got a pot of Taco Soup on the stove. I'm thinking of a green salad and tortillas to go along with it and Snickerdoodles for dessert.

DH and I were going to have a grilled chicken salad, but since the kid's mom is not able to pick them up for dinner tonight I'll have to come up with plan b. I may throw a pizza in for them and have my salad anyway.

We're supposed to have baked ziti tonight with salad. The sauce has been in the crockpot all day. It may end up being spaghetti. We'll see.

WOOHOO, no cooking, eating out tonight with ladies group. DH is actually eating at same restaurant with his parents so we can ride togther.

DH made a patato pie for tonight (he was with me at the doctor's yesterday morning... so he had nothing to do yesterday afternoon).
