Good day friends!

What's cooking at your house today? I'm hoping to make some peanut butter cup bars today as a treat. For dinner we're trying a new recipe: Buffalo Chicken. I think dh will love it. We're also having smashed potatoes and green beans.

The manicotti I made last night was delicious! I usually don't enjoy food I make because it was so much work to prepare, but that manicotti was "out of this world" as my Nana would say.

Lisa - Is the manicotti recipe on your blog?

Tonight we are having some kind of chicken, stuffing and green beans. DH has a bit of a tummy ache so I'm trying to keep it simple and without a lot of spice...although that buffalo chicken does sound delish!

Kim~there is a link to the manicotti recipe on my MPM post on the blog. I did add 2 eggs to the cheese mixture to bind it together, which isn't part of the original recipe. The original recipe called for whole milk ricotta and I used skim because I prefer the taste and texture.
