Good day!

What's cooking for this hot, humid Tuesday? We're having Marinated Grilled Pork Chops, Rice Pilaf and some zucchini and squash.

Nothing because the grocery fairy failed to appear while we were away to pick up the car. :0(

Yumm, pork chops sound good!

I'm not set on what we are having tonight. I'm feeling a little "cooked out". But the family still needs to be fed. So, I'm thinking pasta of some variety. I have some marinara sauce in the freezer and will use either spaghetti or penne. I'll also make a green salad and whip together a dressing.

Lol! Kim! Love the grocery fairy.

Supposed to be lasagna. Cooked the pasta last night & sauce is mine but in a pot so just need to assemble & put grated cheese on top.

I have a small lobster tail that I am going to broil.

Pasta side, and cooked spinach- I'm going to try to stir fry it with some sliced garlic.

Some yummy sounding foods. I am not sure what we are having yet. I didn't have time to make menu's before we went shopping yesterday so I need to look at what we have and make on up, but prob. not today. I will prob. thaw some pork out and bake it along w/ some veggie for a side. I wish the boys liked pasta salad as much as I do that would be easier.

lol The grocery fairy hasn't been here either....I'm trying to clear out stuff before I have to move it all.

My brother is coming for dinner, and he is a big eater, so I took out another package of pork chops to add to my already marinating ones.

Everyone's dinners sound delish.

Jessica~you will love it! If your kids don't like green peppers cut back on them a bunch because if you use the amount called for it can be a little too much green pepper flavor.

Thanks for the tip! I always use way less than recipes call for because DS will see them and decide he won't like it without even trying it. LOL

Kim-

Come on over! I'll stop at the store after work and get a couple more lobster tails!

Tell DSS to bring his swimming suit and we'll all go swimming after!

Swimming at night- there's nothing more summer than that!
