Good day!

What's cooking at your house for dinner? I don't know what we're having. I'm debating picking up fast food for the kids or just coming home and making them some chicken fingers and mac and cheese before ds goes to hockey practice.

I had planned BBQ Jack Chicken, Rice Pilaf and French cut beans, but dh is running errands during hockey and rel. ed., so...I don't think we'll be eating dinner.

Blessings,
Lisa

We have left overs from Tuesday night.

Boneless pork chops

Then made cheese dip (hamburburger, rotel and cheese) and little wieners while that was cooking so it will be a fix your own kind of night.

Salad. Frozen mixed vegetables. Pasta with veggie beef. Mixed fruit. Sigh. Dh and I trying to pare off what was gained over the holidays. Slow going.... this paring down business!

Reached in the refrig and came out with leftover prime rib so it's French Dip Sandwiches. I hit up the Fresh and Natural store this morning so I have some gluten free french bread.
