Oh Debbie I just had a thought. Make plans to take them ice skating, if there's an ice rink in your area. I think the kids would really enjoy that.

I never would have thought about that, Here in Texas ponds do not freeze. But they put an ice rink in a couple of years ago might be fun to watch I'm sure the kids would like it.
I'll have to put that down in our list of stuff to do.

You're welcome Debbie. MinnieCo I like the idea of sitting around the tree the first night drinking a cup of hot cocoa. I usually don't turn my lights on officially until December 1st but I think I will light my tree starting Thanksgiving weekend and enjoy a nice big mug of cocoa.

for me it's about being with family and friends making the holiday season so magical,we all have a great time as we have a get together party as we decorate the house inside and out and listen to christmas carols.:elf:
