I cook my turkey upside down for part of the cooking time then flip for the rest. I've not had issues with the rack leaving dents once the whole thing is done (they tend to pop out) BUT it is scary when you first see them. Just saw this on YouTube and am considering it. But I had decided to stuff my turkey this year so thinking that may make it a bit heavy. Also thinking the bread may suck up all the juices. But this is one nice looking turkey!
