In front of my computer
February 25th:
Monday: Chicken Shawarma (new recipe I'm trying)
Tuesday: Korean Beef & Cauliflower Rice Bowls

Shawarma looks good when I found a recipe. Now off to look at the Korean Beef & Cauliflower rice bowls. I love Korean beef.

Ahoursesoul, the Shawarma was absolutely AMAZING. Something I will make again and again. I'm avoiding cheese and bread right now, but for my family I served it with feta and pita and veges with hummus and greek olives. My brother RAVED about it. My hubby was gone and that's why I experimented while he was gone, but he'll eat it as well so I'm excited to add it to my favorite recipe list. I use a WHOLE30 korean beef recipe, but you can find all kinds of them in a search that use brown sugar and soy sauce. Here is the Whole30 recipe I used..which means I used coconut aminos and fish sauce instead of the regular recipes. https://realsimplegood.com/korean-beef-bowl/
