Not making my menus up ahead of time has not been pleasant this month. Trying to decide what to fix for dinner on the day I need to cook did not work well. Since my Drs appointment and testing I am trying to cut down the fat at night. Not completely but just reduced at night. I will not be using polyunsaturated fats.
