I have been slacking on Menu writing
but not on the eating part.

Monday-Southern Scalloped potatoes and Ham with French style Green Beans
Used recipe posted by DebbieH Easter 2017 but didn't use the crockpot since I forgot to put it together until late afternoon. Worked fine in the oven. And I didn't have any evaporated milk.
Tuesday-Leftovers (mom was gone to Mayo)
Wednesday- Chicken Shawarma Bowl -new recipe to me
Idea Posted by MinnieCo 25 Feb 2019-I looked the recipe up online
Thursday-Steak and DD's favorite steak (hot dogs), Baked Beans and a salad
Friday- Aromatic Oven Fried Chicken with Homemade Potato Salad
I'll never fry chicken in hot oil again because of this recipe
Saturday-Brown Sugar Pork Chops and any leftover veggies in the refrigerator or frozen one
Sunday-Katrina's French toast with white Chocolate and Raspberries with sausage links or bacon

Monday- Restaurant 604
Tuesday- Chicken and Noodles in the crockpot
Wednesday- DH and I went to my favorite Mexican place, Cholos, and we ordered the kids pizza
Thursday- Military Ball- Baked, glazed chicken and some kind of short rib or beef steak with a gravy and roasted vegetable, salad and a roll, creme brulee for dessert
Friday-
Saturday-
Sunday-

I'm not sure yet what our menu is so i'll post as we go.

Trying to empty out the freezers and use things up.
Sausages with roasted sweet potato, potato, pumpkin and tomatoes.
Ham steaks and Pineapple with mashed potato.
Tacos with shredded salsa chicken.
Ham, cheese and tomato croissants.
Pizza, garlic bread and salad.

I like the idea of Diedra's Aromatic Oven fried chicken and potato salad, yum.

Changing Thursday’s menu to take out. I’ll be worn out from taking DD clothes shopping, Maybe tacos from the Mexican place.

Monday: Stuffed bell Peppers
tuesday: sloppy Joes
Wednesday: Pizza on English muffins
thursday: grilled cheese sandwiches
Friday: dh will probably want to go to a burger joint.
Saturday: might be chinese fondue for Valentine's supper
Sunday: usually a pizza at the pizza parlour.
