What's cooking?

Since it's National Cheeseburger Day, we will be having Cheeseburgers and Fries. I love fries in the air fryer....so crispy and good!

How about you?

I had lasagna.- from the freezer, I make it then split it into single serves. Luke had a steak- he is not a fan of lasagna. We both had salad and garlic bread.

coq au porc on the grill with some rice or potatoes (have to check if there are potatoes left)

If I cook I think it will be grilled chicken, rice, and frozen broccoli with cauliflower. Sliced apples on the side.

We will have Sweet and Sour Chicken with Fried Rice since I didn't make it last night.

We're having pork loin with roasted potatoes and carrots. I'm cooking an angel food cake to have with strawberries and whipped cream.

We will be doing flat bread pizzas

Well we didn't have the squash soup, as I burnt the squash AND the bacon as I lost track of time painting windows. Plan B it is!

So we heated up a container of tomato soup and made grill cheese sandwiches.

I had leftover's from my lunch from Victoria's in Rochester, MN. Rosa Verde. Excellent.

We had shrimp with zucchini noodles and English muffins with tomatoe slices and mozz. cheese on them put under the broiler for a few minutes. Salt, pepper and garlic salt on them.

How funny- what you gals call a broiler we call a griller.

Here a broiler is a type of chicken- specifically bred for meat. Its also a term for older females- kind of said in a joking manner- bunch of old broilers.
