Hmmm ... I need inspiration for dinner tonight!

We're taking DSonIL out to eat tonight for his BD - it's tomorrow.

I think I'm going to put vegetable beef soup in the crock pot and we'll have grilled cheese to go with it for lunch. Then, we'll have soup for lunches next week.

Steak and Baked potatoes plus a veggie. I do have avocados that need to be eaten so maybe I'll do a salad with them.

Left overs, stir fry chicken, hash browns, and mac n cheese. Meals from the last 2-3 days. I can't stand to have food go to waste. and Sat. is a good day for leftovers.

Vegetable soup sounds really good! I don't have enough vegetables though and I really don't want to go back to the Commissary. Hmmm. I need to consult my list. I do have a roast but it's not thawed out.

When we used to not have enough vegetables, we would add some type of pasta to it.

We stopped at Rib Crib on the way home from the wrestling tournament . I had a Santa Fe Spud!
