Saturday Supper

I am making a chicken & rice casserole today. (Chicken thighs, rice, orange juice, cream of mushroom soup & onion soup mix.)
I will probably fix some green beans on the side.

After a busy few days with lots of cooking- we decided to have take away fro dinner. DS had KFC which I dont like so I had a burger and fries.

DH mentioned a celebratory dinner for my grades and academic excellence IF he gets off at a decent time. I think i'll thaw some chicken for chicken enchilada casserole just in case.

The kids and I haven't decided on what we're having tonight. My guess is pizza. LOL

Since it is Saturday, it means soup or sandwich day. I've been craving a sub lately. Yesterday I picked up some turkey, seasoned roasted beef and ham lunch meat at one of the deli's. Then I picked up some horseradish gouda that was very good (they always give you a slice as a sample). I'm trying to hold off making the subs till dinner.....

I have pulled pork in the crockpot for dinner.

We had Texas Trash dip + chips - total non-healthy night!!!

I made DS his own dinner earlier and then DH and I ended up eating later that night - after he came in from working out in the garage.

We ended up going to Quaker Steak and Lube for dinner.
