For a short time, my daughter and I would alternate giving each other hand massages. Especially when she was doing alot of writing for school. Her hands would just ache from holding the pencil for so long. It's been awhile..but I love hand massages!

Our WW leader talked last night about attendance always dropping off from the end of October until January because of people being afraid to face the scale. Or I thought...it could just be the busyness of the holidays for some people. It will be nice to go into the holidays with a little weight off, though.

Hand washing...is so important during this time of year...don't forget to do that with handling food and for your own "collecting of germs" from surfaces you touch while out and about.

I do make note of that hand washing thing this time of year. I'm not great about washing my hands, but in the winter I try alot harder!

I really need to work on getting to bed earlier.

It really starts to drain me during the holidays.
