What's cooking at your house today?

We're having Spaghetti with Homemade Meatballs, Italian Bread and Salad. I picked up Raisin Filled Cookies for dessert.

It was...I will attempt to make it a daily thread again. Interest seemed to fall off after awhile. Maybe we can rekindle it.

It is very warm here - an Indian summer. So we BBQ some chicken breasts, baked potatoes with fresh chives and garlic butter, broccoli.

I cooked some extra chicken for this weeks lunches - Wild Rice Protein Power Salad. I did not use flax oil, and changed the olive oil and lemon juice combo - to 3 tbs each. It's my go to lunch prep!

We ended up ordering Papa Johns for dinner so will do the chicken tomorrow.

Hey guys yesterday my friend came over and we did freezer cooking all day so I now have 9 dishes in the freezer and wasn't going to cook dinner after that.

Luke has grilled fish with lemon and butter. He also had salad and brown rice.
I was not hungry so skipped dinner and had raisin toast later in the evening.
