What's cooking?

We had Smothered Chicken Casserole. It's a pinterest recipe and was quite delicious. Here's the link:

It's a bit time consuming prep wise, but was really very good. I used boneless breasts instead of tenders, but they still cooked for the same amount of time. Definitely not a low fat recipe either, but it's okay to splurge once in awhile.

Lunch was french onion soup for dh and leftovers for me. Supper - dh will go to the fast-food joint with mil, sil & bil. I'll stay here and have a light supper (tummy problems again)

We ate out because we were watching a football final. I had burger sliders. Luke had a steak.
