We ate out. We went to Turkish (very similar food style to Greek). We had lamb, dips, pita bread, pan fried haloumi and tabouleh and vine leaves. Was delicious!
I am defrosting a pork shank. Not sure what I'll do with it. Never cooked one before. Have no idea why I picked it up. lol I'll look for a recipe using he Instant pot/pressure cooker. I in the back of my mind I think I saw a Swedish recipe using pork, cabbage and cream. Would be good on a cold day like today.
