Wacky Wednesday Dinners

What's cooking?

I'm going to do some kind of chicken/cheese/bacon sandwich on the foreman grill today. I think we'll eat an early dinner before ds goes to hockey. We'll have fries too!

I was thinking that since DS isn't here we will have veggies in foil.

Lunch will probably be beef tournedos & supper is pizza on english muffins. I'll try to make a soup too and DD will make a yogourt pie.

Broiled salmon and oven roasted brussle sprouts- made with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper, 1/2 baked potato.

I asked DH what he wanted - I need to take something out of the freezer. I've not heard back from him so I will wonder in and see if anything strikes my fancy. He's easy to please.

We had a big lunch out this afternoon. Dinner was very simple - bagel bites, chicken nuggets and pizza rolls. And of course we ate it while sitting in front of the tv.....

We had salsa verde chicken, basmati rice and corn. Hubby liked it
