We've been having a three-week long intense heat-wave. I'm so happy to see a reminder fall in on the way.
I was thinking just yesterday that I should buy a can of pumpkin and make some pumpkin spice lattes to remember that it's all not so very far off.

-also currently googling recipes for pumpkin spice fudge!

Pumpkin Spice Lattes appeared at Starbucks on September 5 last year so we've just over a month to go!

JoAnn's had a ton of fall goodness yesterday when I stopped for Fabric. I love FALL and all it entails.

I cleared out my pantry a few weeks ago and found 5 cans of pumpkin, all still in date! I have a recipe for low carb pumpkin muffins or bread that I am planning on trying soon.

Haven't seen any pumpkin spice items yet but the grocery store's seasonal aisle was filled with Halloween candy yesterday.

Spotted the pumpkin spice coffee creamer at Aldi last week - was so excited! I've also noticed some of the leaves turning already - just the ditch weeds really - they always are the first to turn but it gets me excited!

I went through DS's closet this weekend and sorted all his clothes to see what we needed for back to school. Did some back to school shopping too which always makes me feel fallish! :)

Vacations are over... so that's it, the heat can stop and we can get ready for Fall! My Fall calendar is ready and I plan on taking some days off just to BE at home

Ahhh, my husband loves Cracker Barrel; unfortunately it's too far away for us to visit - we live in the UK!

You American folks are lucky when it comes to celebrating fall/autumn/Halloween - nobody here really cares about it.

What county? I grew up in the Fylde (Knott End and Fleetwood) and then moved to Manchester. Spent many early years in Manchester, Mum and all her family lived there. Still have cousins in Birmingham area, Wales, and Scotland. Miss England so much.

It's still very hot here. I'm not quite ready for fall. However, I went food shopping at our local discount grocery store today. My daughter saw cans of pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. I couldn't pass that up.
