I'm very late to challenge but can I join you? Haven't been on here for quite a while, lost my love of Christmas for a few years being so far away from family. Living in Australia the hot sun on Christmas Day just doesn't Have the same feel of Christmas, as lovely as it is.

Absolutely you can join!! We moved to Hawaii in 2017 so I can understand being warm during the Christmas season. We are warm year round here and have no seasons, makes it hard to get into the season for sure! We have had to overcome and create new traditions like going to the beach on Christmas and taking our Christmas pictures on the sand. :) You'll figure it out i'm sure! Looking forward to seeing what you're reading!

Your love of Christmas is just hibernating until it sorts out how to do a Hot Christmas.

Moving to WA after living in the UK must be a massive change. I have been to Perth a few times and find it a very pleasant city.

My Christmas in July book - it was a gift from a friend last year (or was it the year before that?) and I never finished it. Started it from the beginning and it was a quick read. Now I need another Christmas fiction book to take me through the rest of the month. I know I have some Christmas books on my bookshelves that I have not read yet.

I hope to! LOL My goal is to surpass the amount of books I read last year. I hit 37 books last year, down from the year before. I'm actually at 19 on the list on my computer, don't remember why I didn't put the other two on here, maybe I read them before the challenge started? I'll have to go back and look and then add them in if need be.

Edited my master list to add these - I got quite a lot of reading done on two cross-country flights and sitting around while the packers and loaders worked all around me!
