2026 Christmas Deco

Since we no longer do holidays at our house, my joy of decorating is extremely diminished. I'm sad the motivation to do it isn't there. DH usually puts up and decorates the tree. Whatever he pulls out is what is done.

I agree @missjane. We are not here for Christmas so find myself very unmotivated to bring in everything and decorate for no reason. I will continue to put up my small tree and display my Christmas cards. I also will put out DH advent from last year.

Recieved my Halloween picture for the fireplace today. Will find something for garland. Think grape vine would look nice with pumpkins placed around it. Any other ideas for halloween garland?

Diedra, the grapevine in oranges and maroons would look so lovely with the garland. I am not sure but can you buy orange led lights? That could look good as well. Whatever you end up doing I am sure will be lovely.

After seeing your inspiration for your fire mantle I am looking at some sort of decor for here during the Winter.
