Organizer was here today. Two plate holders and two 8x10 print went into the thrift store box. We were busy 4 1/2 hours putting together prints/paintings to hang in the house. I have about 8 items that need frames. And then we will hang them.

Not shown are a group of flower frames and the kitchen fruit paintings. After we started I ended up finding some more paintings to pull in. Goal is to fill the Whole wall with items. The last three lithograph prints were done by my step mom so they need frames.

What great art work. Such a treasure to have!
I have never decorated my walls. Growing up in a military background if you lived on base you kept things off the wall so you didn’t have to repair the wall. I have no idea of how to make a whole wall display so I am glad my organizer enjoys doing it. Sad thing is no one in the family wants any of my stepmom paintings.

Ugh trying to go through craft/sewing things. My hope is if I get all the little things organized into small containers the area will look better and I can keep it all. It's the hardest for me to get rid of "I might just need that for a project some day" haha

More rubbish from the garage. The cone that Harry used after his surgery. I need to also toss the electric blanket that is on my bed, it no longer works.
4 boxes of books and miscellaneous items were couriered to DS yesterday. That was the last of his items from here.

Advertised a few more things on Facebook. Lady has come and taken 3 things including a wheelbarrow.
A man should come this afternoon and pick up an old chainsaw.

Re-arranged one of the kitchen drawers. One ice cream scoop and a wooden tongs were tossed into the ‘out of here’ box.

Yesterday I headed to the Thrift Store to do some shopping. Walked out with a cart full of frames. Some very big ones and then a some smaller ones. Did not find any framing mats. I did not find anything that would look nice with the canvas painting. So a trip to Hobby Lobby is in Line of the things to do.

While wandering in the thrift store, DD friend saw me so we talked a bit. Then I wandered down to the checkout by walking each aisle of household items. I noticed one thing Dh had dropped off the day before. So grabbed it then headed over to the dishes and grabbed the three bowls that went with it. Guess wrapping them up together was not a big enough hint that they belonged together. Laid them out at the register saying I had donated them yesterday and noticed they went together. The two ladies thought I was off my rocker! Then I put them together showing them the condiment server. One of them couldn’t run them fast enough to the back to show the rest of the staff. From now on when I see the silver piece placed with nicknacks I will go place it with the dish-ware Where it belongs. lol

Went on a hunt yesterday in the garage for a box of cookbooks my daughter wanted from my MIL when she passed. NOTE: they are still at my house! But anyway it was a crazy search but did manage to find them. Along the way I discovered several boxes of items that had been long forgotten about. So then in the middle of the night I woke up with anxiety over ALL the stuff that needs decluttered from the garage. Today managed to sort through one box. Threw away some, donated some, and discovered some new art supplies that are now in place on my art desk....how in the world did I get sooooo much stuff?

Allen gave a bike (brand new boy one that he won on a raffle a few years back) to a guy for his grandson.

Put aside some camping related stuff that I am donating as door prizes for our next rally. Should be out of the house next week.

A co-worker at work is going to take a bike that Teigan has outgrown for her nieces. She will see them Sunday so it will be gone in the next day or 2.

I am on a decluttering frenzy. DB and I took a whole ute load of items to the landfill. An old mattress and so many other things.
DH and I are now fully at the farm with the exception of a few items on my car which is still parked at Mum's house. We will bring that home on Monday after meeting up to hand over the keys.
I have already started a huge donation pile here, so many things that we have been using while renovating can now be donated as we use our 'real' stuff.
