Biscotti - love it or hate it?

For the past few years I have made up a batch of lemon pecan biscotti to give as gifts to my neighbors and friends. However, I am wondering how many people actually like those cookies. They are hard and crunchy as opposed to a soft cookie, and I'm not sure that they appeal to everyone. So, I'd love to hear what you think of biscotti - love it or hate it?

I would say Scarlett you definitely have done well for the past few years based on the replies here. I have never tried making biscotti, how hard is it? Do you have a recipe that you would be willing to share that is well tested and liked? TIA

I love Biscotti! Especially dunked in hot tea. Dee-lish! I may have to head to my favorite biscotti bakery and pick some up!
