Book Marking Post?

I use to book mark them as I went thru my daily post and would go back when I had time to read later. I don't seem to see any option like this. Is it worded differently? Please help!

I'm not sure but there's a notification system that you can elect to turn on when you are replying to a post. If you look under the text area where you type there's a Thread Notification section and you can choose to get email notification.
