ceberg lettuce from Taylor Farms- which supplies lettuce to Taco Bell and many other fast food chains-
Burger King, Panera, Chipotle.
Premade salads and kits are a no no.

They also sell lettuce (packaged and whole) to a number of national grocery chains, so it's not just the fast food and pre-packaged salads. With head lettuce, just make sure to remove several outer layers and wash inner leaves well before eating.

Saw parsley was added to the list.

First deaths from cyclospora- the people had underlying health conditions.

I did buy a salad mix that is coleslaw based. Cabbage doesn't seem to have the same issue as lettuce.
Still, wash properly.
