I haven't made them, but Ina Garten on the Food Network (The Barefoot Contessa) made vanilla marshmallows on one of her shows..they looked so good, and I'm not a big marshmallow fan. I think they would be so good in S'Mores.
MIX 3 cups of the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until well blended.
Shape into 42 (1-inch) balls.
DIP balls in melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
(Any leftover melted chocolate can be stored in tightly covered container at
room temperature and saved for another use.) Sprinkle with remaining cookie
REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until firm. Store any leftover truffles in tightly
covered container in refrigerator.
You can use any type of dessert liqueur in this super easy recipe. Grand Marnier or Irish Creme would be wonderful.
16 large marshmallows
1 cup heavy cream
3 Tbsp. Kahlua or other dessert recipes
Combine marshmallows and 1/3 cup of the cream in top of double boiler. Melt over simmering water, stirring frequently, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in Kahlua. Let cool at room temperature for 30-40 minutes.
When mixture is cool, whip remaining 2/3 cup heavy cream and fold into the marshmallow mixture. Pour into 9x5" loaf pan, cover well, and freeze. Serves 6
