Celebrate Me January 2012

This is Promises Month....a time to think about your word, or your goals, or your life....a time to make and keep some promises to yourself....you deserve it!

So for January my promises are:

I will take time to really explore my word...both in action, art, and thought: I started New Years Day with a Treasure Hunt with friends and it was sooo much fun! Second I joined an online class to explore my word...I'm waiting for my materials to get started on the January prompt!

I will focus on me every month....not every day,...not the whole month....but at some point each month.

I will appreciate me...my body, my soul, my personality, my spirit....in all their glory and with all their flaws.

I will surround myself with people and things I love...little treasures in my life....and let go of the ho=hum and the clutter and the negativity.

I will think about this one.

My sister is here most of January so that changes a bit what I usually do.

For me, January is usually a time of quiet, peace, naps, dreaming.

This year is different with someone else in the house.

My phrase for Jan is "Lay the Foundation." If I can get rid of the rest of this headache I will make a list of books I want to replace when taxes come in.
