Yep, it's one of those tech things.
Different countdown scripts handle the "days until" function differently--and it's all about the "partial day".
I don't know what Ginger's site uses, but ours is a day shorter, and the reason is that the default script adds, "and X hours, X minutes and X seconds" to the display. Moreover, the seconds and minutes change as you look at them.
I didn't like that result, as it was both cluttery to look at and slowed down the page load (ticking away each second), so I edited the script to show only the full day. That means we're one short .... so I guess I'll go edit it again and set the date a day forward.
That ought to get us both on the same page.
